A message dated May 28, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 2(FIN)                                                                                        
     "An Act relating to unemployment contributions for the Alaska                                                              
     technical and vocational education program and to the allocation                                                           
     of money appropriated to the Alaska Workforce Investment                                                                   
     Board; relating to the vocational education account and                                                                    
     appropriations from that account; and providing for an effective
